Repairs
We have the skill set to repair all common jewelry types. We can work with gold, platinum, silver or other metal types. Whether you need a ring sized, a diamond set, or a new clasp added to a bracelet or necklace we can take care of it for you. And we'll even perform a complimentary cleaning to make your jewelry sparkle once we have completed your repair.

Watch Repair
We have master technicians that can perform many watch repairs on site. Depending on the problem some watch repairs do require offsite repairs but we can manage the logistics for you. All you will need to do is bring the watch to a Windsor Diamonds location.

Appraisals 
Our knowledgeable and experienced appraisers can provide current estimated values for all types of jewelry, diamonds or other gemstones. The value of your jewelry may have increased through the years and knowing the current value for estate planning, insurance, or other life situations could be beneficial to you.

Insurance 
Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company (JMI) specializes in protecting jewelers and personal jewelry in the U.S. JMI was founded in 1913 and remains the leading insurer for the jewelry industry. JMI is licensed in all fifty states and they have earned an A+ financial rating from A.M. Best.

Engraving
Let our expert engravers perform precise machine engraving to identify or add the personal touch to your jewelry. Special symbols can be added as well. Let us make your wedding rings truly special with addition of that specially engraved message to last a lifetime.

Laser Inscribing
Add a name or other identification to your diamonds or gemstones with laser inscription. Only visible through magnification this is a great way to identify and protect your precious stones.

Pearl and Bead Stringing
Pearls should be restrung periodically to prevent breakage. We can take care of this important preventative step to keep your beautiful pearl strands secure.

Custom Design & Manufacturing
 Let us help you realize your vision for a custom design. Our craftspeople will help you produce your one-of-a-kind design no matter how difficult. Or perhaps you would like to remake an older piece into something new and different. We can help you through all the steps from design to completion.

Diamond Cutting 
We can re-cut diamonds to match modern diamond specifications or just bring back the brilliance by removing surface or other damage. These types of repairs are often covered by insurance which we may be able to help confirm for you.

Independent Lab Reports
As a member of the industry's most important independent organizations Windsor Diamonds can provide a wealth of information related to your diamonds or other gemstones. Lab reports are available to provide an independent analysis of the current value of your diamonds or gemstones. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the type of report and the lab that can accommodate your needs.
